Yes, airports allow storage of private aircraft, however, you rent or lease the hanger space.
I don’t know about boats…..

Private jets usually rent a hanger at the airport, and private yachts usually rent a slip from the marina they are at.

Yes all commercial airports provide parking space or a hangar for storage of luxury jets. It is a source of income.
Luxury yachts are always registered and fly the respective flags of their port of registry. While mooring either at ports or the marinas, they merely declare their names/numbers and sign in.

Most airports do. It is usually located in their civil or private aviation section, (where most flight schools operate out of).
